A unique training program combines the classic CrossFit, combined with an effective system of training elite troops. Classes in the hall are combined with work in the field, always interesting, always dynamic, always with results. This is an intensive workout with a great variety of exercises.
Our program is universal: suitable for beginners and advanced athletes of different physique, level of physical fitness, sex and age.
For one training all groups of muscles are worked out, up to 700 kcal is burnt and 5 skills are simultaneously pumped.
